I'm Stephen Ohimor, a Director of Engineering leading the Buyer Cloud App and API portfolio at FreeWheel / Comcast Advertising. I work at the intersection of product delivery and engineering excellence, helping teams ship customer-visible capabilities while also raising the bar on reliability, security, and modernization. Over the last 12–18 months, my focus has been step-function improvements in predictability and operational rigor, paired with pragmatic technical direction and cross-org alignment.
I'm especially energized by the people side of engineering: coaching managers and senior ICs, building clear systems for execution, and turning ambiguous, high-stakes goals into plans that teams can actually deliver. Outside of my day job, I build and ship end-to-end products and write openly as I sharpen my point of view on engineering leadership in the AI era.
